STEP 1) Free introduction session- This session is approximately 60 minutes long. It is scheduled as a one on one (or two on one with a friend) session with one of our coaches. The goal of this session is to see if we are a good fit for you. Dress for a workout because you’ll get a little sweaty!

STEP 2) On-Ramp Program- four sessions with one of our coaches designed to teach you all the fundamental movements used in CrossFit classes. Once you have completed your four sessions, your coach will attend your first class with you to make you feel a bit more comfortable. We don’t want you going in and feeling lost on your first day!

Completed as one-on-one (you and a coach) is $65.00+tax PER SESSION

Completed as two-on-one (you, a friend, and a coach) is $100.00+ tax PER SESSION (split).
